Refund Policy

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method to begin, but nothing is charged until day 7. Cancel before then and you are charged nothing at all. This is the best way to decide whether HackrBio is for you.

If you are within 14 days of your annual charge and HackrBio isn’t working out, email ubergeekady@gmail.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify it.

Beyond 14 days we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the year, because the year has already been paid for and provisioned. You can cancel to prevent the next renewal, and your page stays live until the end of the period you paid for.

That said — if something went genuinely wrong, email me. I would rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.

If HackrBio suffers a prolonged outage that materially prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will extend your subscription or refund you at your choice.

Email ubergeekady@gmail.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
